HI all,
I know this a pretty old post, but I was just reading through. I was curious about this one, too. How do we determine the category for a food? Kay's book is somewhat vague, listing only "winter squash" in the starch category.
Funny, "somewhat" and "vague" are both indirect words. Is this a double negative like "not never" or "didn't not"? I'm making an effort to communicate more directly and this caught my eye as I created.
