I just attended my first RFA convention. It was so wonderful! I am so grateful for RFA and every single person who attended. It is such a joy to be surrounded by loving, accepting recovering food addicts. What fun to have a chef weigh out my chicken and potato! What fun to hear all the stories of past bondage to food and the incredible freedom that comes from abstinence and the 12 steps! What a delight to see photos that show the dramatic weight losses and to hear the peaceful and grateful statements about living years and years at normal weight - 100 percent free of food cravings! I am so grateful for RFA and I look forward to many more conventions!

Third! Great to see everybody and see recovery up close and personal. Thanks to those who organized and volunteered for service. A great shot in the arm for my recovery. I remember lots of shiny, happy people smiling!
