as I was reading one of Kay's affrimations in "Food Addiction: Healing Day by Day, Daily Affirmations" it made me feel good to know and understand that service is a very important part of my recovery. Monitoring RFA Talk in addition to my sponsors and the program as a whole keeps me rooted, grounded and accountable.
