When traveling, I make abstient pumpkin muffins because they last a long time, they do not need refrigeration and they are so easy to carry. I also put together finger foods like packets of tuna, cherry tomatoes and kasha. Take ziplock bags for storage. Again, it's easy to transport. Hope this helps. Be sure amd take your scales. Ask the hotel to provide an in room frig so you can store items that may need reffrigation

I recommend getting a map of all the places women can breast feed and warm baby food. These places have microwaves. The parks will let you bring in food for medical reasons. I bring packaged tuna, pre-measured brown rice, little travel bottles of olive oil and braggs liquid aminos. At cvs you can get a bag full of travel containers (designed to meet the airplane liquid limits). They are great for carrying spices, salad dressing, salt etc. I always ask for a medical refrigerator at my hotels. Have fun!!!
