I cooked like a big dog this weekend and I have a freezer and fridge FULL of portioned protein, grains, and veggies. I've got salads and slaws measured out in containers and three casseroles baked and ready to go. It was hard work but so worth it when I just have to go to the fridge and take out cooked, weighed and measured portions and put it on a plate!

I agree with the batch cooking and I did a lot of cooking today. It is nice to just pull it out ad eat it.
