Just before Halloween, I saw a commercial for a weight loss center, and it said, "beat the holiday bulge, lose weight now." I just started laughing, and my immediate thought was, "
"BEAT THE HOLIDAY BULGE. STAY ABSTINENT." Than God, we have the accurate information to live HAPPY, JOYOUS AND FREE not only on Holidays, but every day. We have the information regarding the addictive substances of sugar, flour and wheat and the Twelve Steps to guide us. I am so very grateful. We suffer physically, spiritually, and mentally when we are not abistinent.
